For these past couple of days we have been working on a healthy based plan, I worked with Max W and we did really well. For a healthy breakfast we decided on weetbix with berries and milk, for lunch we decided a smoked salmon sandwich with lettuce, tomato’s, mayo and wholegrain bread, for dinner we decided to have some teriyaki chicken stir-fry and a carton of milk. We have a few options of healthy snacks such as trial mix and crackers, we have some cherries on the side if you want them either with the breakfast or as a snack as well. and lastly for the side we have a 1.8 letter bottle of water to stay hydrated and energized.
