7 Day Workout Plan

We have been learned about how important exercise and nutrition is to your health and body, I worked with my two friends Tyler and Bentley to create a 7 day workout plan and what you can do step by step, we made a simple table at the last slide putting together both the exercises and what days to do them and we also added a recovery day to reduce injury and energy.

You should give it a go and try it out and see how much progress you make!

For these past couple of days we have been working on a healthy based plan, I worked with Max W and we did really well. For a healthy breakfast we decided on weetbix with berries and milk, for lunch we decided a smoked salmon sandwich with lettuce, tomato’s, mayo and wholegrain bread, for dinner we decided to have some teriyaki chicken stir-fry and a carton of milk. We have a few options of healthy snacks such as trial mix and crackers, we have some cherries on the side if you want them either with the breakfast or as a snack as well. and lastly for the side we have a 1.8 letter bottle of water to stay hydrated and energized.

Production 2025 (Diwali)

Last night I went to the production, I was the person who lead the protest group and I was also a narrator of some of the show. Our theme was Diwali and it was showing you the power of friendship and tradition and speaking up for what’s right. Last night I had so much, first I was waiting line outside the hall when Nicole called us on, what I had to was march on the stage in a square with loads of people on the line with a poster, my mum and sister came and they enjoyed it a lot. they enjoys all the different songs, colors and lights on the stage. I also was a narrator and had to say a line which was roughly twenty seconds long. We showed success for doing well and putting on a awesome show for the audience. I enjoyed the show so much and I can’t wait for tonight’s one as well.

Week Reflection — 13.6.25

My week at school started on Monday. I got into school late, and I remember walking into school as the rain fell down on me.

On Monday it was raining all day. It was boring because I couldn’t play football but also fun because I stayed inside and played this pingpong game with some of my friends. 

On Tuesday we played dodgeball at 2:00 which was fun because I love dodgeball. We also finished loads of our inquiry work, I finished up my Handwriting, Biography and Spelling and I also got chosen to go write with a proper author next monday, i’m so excited.

On Wednesday I had a Kiwi English Exam which was stressful because it was really hard because it wasn’t letting me log in. I refreshed my chromebook and it was fine after that which was really good and I finished the test. 

Thursday we finished off the day with another game of dodgeball, we played Medic first which is basically just teams and then we finished with Deathmatch which is just free-for-all, we also went to tech which was fun, we made a dancing robot using Lego Spike Education. 

And finally today, on friday I started my morning with finding out the sad news that Winter sport is cancelled. Which was sad, but that’s okay, because the fields were all muddy so that wouldn’t have been much fun. 39

So far my week has been really good and I am excited but also nervous for next week because I have a Kiwi Maths Exam on Tuesday. I hope winter sport is on so we can verse our other Rawhiti Team and hopefully get a win!  

Maths Reflection – Term 2

This term in Maths we have been working on fractions, grouping and solving out problems using box method, I have also used Oxford Maths to have tests (Post and Pre) and Sharon has used it to see our progress and what she needs to do to teach us. My goals are to get better at solving 9x tables, we also did a 100 question in 10 minutes test I got 97/100 in 9:17 which I’m happy with!

So overall maths has been great so far and I hope I can learn more fun, interesting stuff with Sharon!

Week 10 Term 1 – Reflection

This week we have been working on graphs at math. I have worked with loads of my friends
and it has been very fun and interesting. Every Thursday we have been going to Tech, at Tech I do food with my friends, Lucas and Josh, we made healthy waffles, instead of Sugar we had to decide what we would swap it with, me and Lucas choose to swap it with Mashed Banana’s and a few chocolate chips. They were very delicious, On Friday we had a assembly, we had to preform a dance we have been learning Fireball Line Dance, here is the link if you want to learn to! LINK.

Preferred drink’s in our Math’s Group.

Today in maths we gathered data and used Google spreadsheets to make a column graph, Our topic was preferred drink’s and our variables and was genders. I noticed that girls preferred Water and Juice equally and boy’s preferred Juice the most. Fizzy drinks were the least popular with only two boys. I chose to do a bar graph because it was easier to show the data we collected.

 

Week 6 Reflection

This week has been very fun! This week on Friday I went surfing!! but we had to go in early because the waves were to big and dangerous for us learners. On Thursday we went to tech! I got food with my friend Josh, we made French Toast

It was very yummy! I shared with my family and friends! they though it tasted very good!

Those have been my highlights of this week.

Fitness Goal

This week I have two fitness goals, my goals are running and swimming related, my swimming goal is to swim backtroke 2 full lengths. and my running one is to run 3 laps, this is because I know I can run 2 laps.
