  Here is the frog life cycle of a frog I made. the frog goes through 4 stages (egg/spawn, tadpole, froglet, adult frog) I hope you like it!

  SQUARE

4, 90 degrees angles is what I used to make the square it was surprisingly easy.

CIRCLE

You can’t really describe the angles for a circle because it is all round so there are no angles (if you know how plz comment how to)

OCTAGON

4,150 and 1,40 angles is what I used to make this octagon it took around 20 minutes.

STAR

I don’t really know how to describe this and I will edit the post when i figure out how.

This is our Literacy work we have been doing this term! LINK

We have been reading The Secret Lake by Karen Inglis. I would recommend this book to 9 – 12 year olds, I will have to give it a 8.5/10 because I cant understand some of the storyline.. Its a really good book and my favourite person is Tom!

Timmy’s Treehouse!

Once upon a time Timmy lived in a huge treehouse that all his friends lived in with him Usain and Jimmy they loved sports all of there favorites were Football they all loved Ronaldo anyways..

One day they were sleeping and they heard a big bang coming from the kitchen Timmy and Usain went to go explore! When they got to the kitchen they saw a Purple and Pink glow coming from the cabinet when they tried to open the cabinet they got slung against the table and fell down!

They ran back to there room’s in fear they tucked themselves in and was out in the blink of an eye little did they know that meanwhile they were exploring Jimmy had disappeared! They woke up their parents  they rushed down the big spiral staircase in the middle of the treehouse and as they were looking outside they spotted in the corner of there playground they saw Purple and Pink goo all over the ground.

 they walked closer they saw Jimmy leaning against a tree sort of like he was hypnotized but he was blinking. Timmy  grasped on to his hand and dragged him back into the treehouse.

They all were so worried..

On Thursday we had guests from the Blake NZ-VR experience come and visit us, they were sharing videos about the ocean. Our instructor’s name was “Sophie.’ and we were watching the videos with our Inquiry groups.

We were watching the videos in the great tree (the big breakout room)  what we did was watch videos the purpose of the lesson was to learn about the ocean and it in its worst and best (protected and unprotected)

To help the ocean you can – not litter! take care of the beach and the ocean! and also take only the fish that you need to follow the fish size chart as well! –

My highlight was seeing the dolphins swim right next to you and the stingray coming right up in your face.

The VR experience left me feeling sad but also happy and excited I was sad because we saw tires and heaps of other rubbish and dead and infected animals that’s what’s sad 🙁 – but it was fun and exciting and that’s all that matters!

In a land far away lived Usain, he is a dragon he is also a mailman.

On his way to Ohio he felt unsafe for some weird reason as he was going down Ohio lane he saw a group of armed hunters with hunting rifles aiming right at usain’s wing, they started shooting at him he dodged all off the bullets except one.

he plummeted straight to the ground with a “Thud!” and he landed right in a hole, he shouted out for help but no one heard all he could here was his Eco he finally got the courage to try to get out he flew up as high as he could with his last piece of energy.

He just got a grip to the top and he climbed out with his sharp claws on his feet. then he sprinted to the house he was delivering to and then he dropped off the package and walked home thinking of one thing it was REVENGE! He went home to have a sleep and then came back the next day with a black pistol.

He threatened to shoot at them meanwhile his friend Jamal came up from behind and tackled the person who shot him and then Usain picked him up and threw him in the hole and said “How do you like it now HUHH.”
